Unknown return date?

If you do not know your return date please leave it blank.  You must inform us of your return date at least 24 hours prior to your arrival so that we have the car ready for you.

Not you collecting?

If a different person is picking up the car to the one that drops it off, please specify in the comments box.

What happens next?

After the booking has been processed by our office you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for drop-off/pick-up and confirmation of the price. It is not necessary to print or present this email to park your car. If you require a receipt for your car then please print off the confirmation and we will sign it for you.

If you have a contract with us or are a habitual short term customer you only need to quote your customer number and we will assume that your car details are the same as your last contract.

Flight Information

Please give us as much notice as possible of your travel plans, always indicating the date and time of drop-off and the date, flight number and ETA of pick-ups. We always request flight return numbers when the return date is booked so that we can monitor the flight arrival time and ensure that we are waiting for you when the plane lands. If there is a delay we will always wait for you. Please arrive within the allotted time specified in your booking confirmation. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late then please let us know with a phone call to your airport representative.

Changes to bookings can be made by telephone or email. We respond to all emails within 48 hours so if you do not hear back from us then it means that we have not seen your email and may not have received it.

COVID-19 Procedures

We wish to remind all our customers that the use of a face mask is obligatory. The driver will use a seat cover and disinfect the handles, steering wheel, etc before handing over the keys at the airport. We please ask all our customers to help us in keeping all clients and staff safe by taking these precautions and by practicing social distancing. The procedure for dropping off and collecting your car may vary depending on the situation.
